Why Does it Cost So Much for Tree Service?

Lots of people ask us, "Why does it cost so much to have my trees cared for?" There are lots of things that play a part in the price of proper tree care. 
  • Are there any obstacles in the way that could be damaged should a branch fall? This will make the price go up considerably as ropes and rigging will be necessary.
  • Does it require a man to access or climb into the canopy of the tree? Once a tree workers feet leave the ground, the price will go up.
  • Is this an emergency situation? Did the tree worker have to respond immediately to take care of the work? If a branch is hanging directly above your roof and you need the work done ASAP, the price is going to go up.
If you REALLY care about your trees, do not select a tree service to care for your trees strictly on price alone. Lots of tree services advertise being the cheapest or low cost, just keep in mind, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Typically Arborist Services cost more than Tree Services. 
      If you were sick and in need of medical attention, would you prefer to hire a Doctor who will fix you up properly but charges quite a bit, or would you prefer to hire someone who isn't a doctor but knows about it and wont charge you very much for the service? The choice is simple, you'd choose to hire the Doctor.
